Dear @Arriane Faith Amutan,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
I understand you’ve received your Credly badge but can’t download the official certificate from the Microsoft Certification Dashboard.
According to my research, since you need to request 'microsoft certification profile merge'. This will combine your exam history from both accounts into one. While it's not possible to directly move badges and certifications through your Microsoft account settings, there is a solution. You can request to merge your profiles by contacting the Microsoft Certification Support team. They handle profile consolidations securely and with care.
Step 1:
- First, go to the official microsoft certification support page. You will need to submit a request there.
- Go to [online support request]
- For more information, please visit the Microsoft Official Document here: Credentials support
Step 2: Submit a support request
- For step-by-step instructions, please follow the Microsoft Official Guide here: How to submit a support request
Step 3:
Be ready to provide them with a few key details for both accounts:
- the email addresses (which you have)
- your full name as it appears on the accounts
- the exam IDs.
- Microsoft Certification ID and Temporary Access Code
- they might also ask for a copy of your government issued ID to verify your identity, so have that handy too.
Once they process the merge, all your certifications will show up under the primary account you choose.
Step 4:
- Check your account on the certification dashboard because sometimes there is a delay, and the cert might just be pending. But a merge is definitely the way to go to clean it all up.
- This might help in other tools too, keeping all your certs in one place is so much easier.
Important: Never share your MCID or Temporary Access Code in public forums or email threads, only through the official support form.
Only the Certification Support team can merge profiles or correct account links. Once they fix it, your certificate will appear in the Microsoft Certification Dashboard for download.
I hope this information is helpful. Please follow these steps and let me know if it works for you. If not, we can work together to resolve this.
