Thank you for contacting Microsoft Q&A.
I’ve reviewed your issue carefully and looked into similar cases to better understand what might be happening.
Unfortunately, there’s very limited information available about this specific behavior where only Shared Libraries show up in OneDrive on iOS when using a school account. I’ve tried to reproduce the issue but wasn’t able to recreate the same experience, so it’s difficult to pinpoint the exact cause.
Here are a few things you can try that may help reset or refresh the view:
- Sign out and sign back in to the OneDrive app.
- Switch temporarily to a personal account, then switch back to your school account.
- Contact your school’s IT administrator to confirm whether your account has full OneDrive access enabled. Some education tenants restrict access to personal file storage and only allow shared content via Teams or SharePoint.
While researching, I came across a thread where someone had a similar issue on iPad, only seeing “Libraries” at the bottom. Interestingly, they mentioned that the issue resolved itself after a couple of days, though they weren’t sure what caused it.
