Cancel accounts from employees that don't work any more for us

Dear all,

I would like to cancel two accounts from two employees that don't work anymore for us but we keep paying the subscription.

Can you pleasae assist me with that matter?

    For a business subscription, this is managed via the admin center. See https://xtls-v4.hkg1.meaqua.org/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/manage/assign-licenses-to-users?view=o365-worldwide .

    As Stefan suggested, you can refer to his link and review the section titled Unassign licenses by using the Licenses page to exclude licenses for the two employees who are no longer with the organization.

    Alternatively, you can manually remove the licenses by going to Users > Active Users, then using the search box to find the accounts associated with those employees. Once you’ve located the correct account, click on it, go to the Licenses and Apps tab, and simply untick the licenses assigned to that user. Don’t forget to click Save changes to apply the update.
