Hello!
I'm Yasllame.
I'm happy to help and clarify.
This error when you try to review or accept the license terms during the Windows 11 upgrade is usually caused by corrupted installation files or a communication problem with Microsoft’s servers.
First, make sure your Windows 10 is fully updated by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and installing any pending updates. Then, run the System File Checker by typing /scannow sfc in Command Prompt (as administrator) to repair any corrupted files that might be blocking the upgrade.
If the issue continues, you can use the Windows 11 Installation Assistant from Microsoft’s official website, which forces the upgrade without relying on the built-in Windows Update process. Another option is to create installation media with the Media Creation Tool and start the upgrade from there, which often bypasses this kind of error.
If you still see the “Error found” message, it may be related to cached update files. Clearing the SoftwareDistribution folder, where Windows stores temporary update files, often resolves the problem.
I hope this information was helpful! If you need anything else, I'm here.
Sincerely,
Yasllame
