    Hi @Jen Elkin

Nice day! Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum and sharing the details of your issue.

I truly understand you're trying to move a file using OneDrive on your iOS device but are unable to locate the "Move to" option. I’m happy to guide you through this step-by-step to make it easy and clear.

    1. Open the OneDrive App  Launch the OneDrive app on your iPhone or iPad and sign in if prompted.
    2. Navigate to Your File  Browse to the folder where your file is currently stored.
    3. Tap the Three Dots (•••)  Next to the file name, tap the three-dot icon to open the file options menu.
    4. Select “Move”  In the menu that appears, tap Move.

If you don’t see this option, please ensure you’re not in a shared folder with restricted permissions. Also, confirm that the file isn’t open in another app.

    1. Choose the Destination Folder

Browse to the folder where you want to move the file. You can also create a new folder if needed.

    1. Tap “Move Here”

Once you’ve selected the destination, tap Move Here to complete the action.

If You Still Don’t See the “Move” Option, here are a few things to check:

    • App Version: Make sure your OneDrive app is updated to the latest version via the App Store.
    • Permissions: If the file is in a shared folder, you may not have permission to move it. Try moving a file from your personal OneDrive folder instead.
    • File Type: Certain file types or synced folders may limit move actions on mobile.

If you continue to experience issues, I’d be happy to assist further. Please let me know the file type and folder location, and I’ll help you troubleshoot more specifically.

Please understand that our initial response may not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.

Please let me know if there’s anything else I can assist you with. I’m here to support you every step of the way.
