Solution 1: To determine or fix this issue, please run the Network troubleshooter.
Click the Start button.
Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot.
Click Additional Troubleshooters.
Choose the Network Adapter, and then Run the troubleshooter.
Solution 2:Update or Reinstall the Network driver:
a. Press the Windows key + X, and choose Device Manager.
b. Expand Network Adapter
c. Right-click the Wi-fi driver(Intel(R) Wi-Fi), and select 'Update driver.'
d. Choose "Browse my computer for driver software"
e. Click "Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer."
f. Select an older driver from the list and click 'Next.'
g. Follow the onscreen instructions.
h. if the problem continues, repeat a-c and hit uninstall device instead
i. Restart your computer(not shutdown) then check if the issue is resolved.
If the issue persists, what is the make and model of your device? In the search bar, type MSINFO32 and hit Enter. Please share a screenshot of that window.
