Clipchamp screen recordings at lower quality after July 2025 update

I am taking screen recordings using clipchamp and seeing consistently poor video quality in both the preview of the video and the final exported 1080p mp4 file, specifically after a recent update. I've been using clipchamp for over a year now, and this grainy video quality seems to only have started in the last week following a clipchamp update (windows shows the update on July 18, 2025) where new features were added. My procedure for taking the screen recordings has also not changed. I go to record and create, select screen, mute the recording, then record entire screen (necessary due to pop up windows). I use a similar procedure on another software and have no issues with the recording quality. All resolution settings are identical as well, the only change was the update to the software. Is there any way to resolve the grainy screen recording quality in this updated version?

Are there any updates on this? It's been almost two months, and I'm having the same problem, both in the web version and windows version. This is NOT good enough, Microsoft. I'm making training videos and have had to start using other software for doing this, otherwise I would've been out of a job.

Same issue here with the APP version.

I created a video tutorial to my company but it's so low quality that I'm not able to share inside the company

Just wondering has there been any progress on updating the streaming quality via the Settings Wheel. A recent recording was so low quality, and blocky, that it looked as though the video detail had been removed.

Additionally, I sometimes import/upload recordings to SharePoint and notice that the transcoded video is much darker than the original. I will also post this comment to another thread.

So, when can we expect a correction? It does not reflect well on my organization.

Or, are there any fixes apart from roll back?

    Thanks
