    Dear LARIOS TRANSPORTATION SERVICES INC.

    Good day!

Thanks for posting in the Microsoft Community.

Based on your problem description "I can’t receive emails since 10:11 AM "I understand that you are unable to receive emails.

Before proceeding, could you allow me to gather information below to narrow down your specific scenario?

    • May I know the type of account you are using? Is it an M365 work/school account or a Microsoft/Personal account like Hotmail/outlook.com/live.com? or is it any third party like Gmail or yahoo account? Please reply to us, so that we can engage the personal account team for further assistance.
    • If you're using the Microsoft 365 account, what is the license assigned to your account?
    • What protocols are configured for your mailbox? (POP, IMAP, and Exchange)
    • Does this issue occur in both the Outlook app and the web version of Outlook? ( https://outlook.office.com/)
    • does the sender get an error while sending emails to you? if possible, please share the error with us in private message
    • Which version of Outlook are you currently using when you are facing this issue?
To provide your Outlook version details and product information:
      • For the new Outlook: Go to Settings > General > About Outlook.
      • For Outlook Classic: Navigate to File > Office Account.
Take a screenshot of the entire page (excluding personal information) and share it with us.

In the meantime, if you're using the Microsoft 365 work/school account, could you please let me know if you're an end user or global admin? If you're an admin, make sure the user hasn't been blocked from sending and receiving email and try to unblock them.

For more information: Remove blocked users from the Restricted entities page - Microsoft Defender for Office 365 | Microsoft Learn

and you may as well check if emails are being quarantined in admin portal. Find and release quarantined messages as a user - Microsoft Defender for Office 365 | Microsoft Learn

If you need guidance on how to find your admin, see How How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support

Note: To access the private messaging platform, click on your name in the top right corner. Select My

    Profile > View Private Messages.

Please understand that our initial response does not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.

Thank you for your cooperation. Stay safe!
