- I recommend signing in through the OneDrive web portal using the following link: Persoonlijke cloudopslag – Microsoft OneDrive
- Unlink and Reconnect Your Account
- Click the OneDrive icon in the taskbar.
- Go to Settings > Account > Unlink this PC.
- Restart your computer and sign in again.
- Check for Sync Issues
After reinstalling the app, OneDrive may not have synced properly:
- Right-click the OneDrive icon in your system tray.
- Go to Settings > Account and ensure your folders are selected for sync.
- If needed, click Unlink this PC, then sign in again and reselect folders.
3. Reset OneDrive
If the app is stuck or showing outdated data:
- Press Win + R, type: %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset
- Press Enter. This will reset the app without deleting your files.
- Restart OneDrive from the Start menu.
