Updated iPad Pro 13" w/ Updated One Drive App - Constant Freezes & Crashes when Viewing Files Tab

So I noticed this issue. Been dealing with it for weeks. This worked fine on the 13" iPad Pro with newer software for many months that we owned 6 of them for the company. It wasn't until we did the latest iPad software update (minor update) and the typical app updates (which OneDrive had one) that all chaos broke out. I am not sure if it was the iPad update or the OneDrive update or the combination. Based on the comments I have read -- it would appear to be a OneDrive code issue causing this. But under ALBUM view, things seem to work ok. The moment we go to FILES where we typically view the folders and the photos that are organized by name... the iPad freezes, then crashes. The files never actually appear or pull-up. After about 10-15 seconds of freezing initially, the iPad will crash. Each time I close the app and restart the iPad and go into the app, it freezes and crashes. If I remove the app and restart the iPad and download the app again, I can typically get it to open again. But if I touch the "FILES" tab it all crashes again. I have tried emailing Microsoft but got the canned response of try this and try that. We have tried everything multiple times Microsoft has said, or various Google searches for other past problems. I even erased the iPad and started from fresh to rule out a bug. Nothing! We have an older, smaller 10" iPad using the older iOS and no issues at all. Works like usual. We rely on the OneDrive (which we pay for storage) to keep 1000's of photos organized by name to show clients -- which is also linked to our website. The "ALBUM" option is not a good solution. Photos are organized differently by date, appear smaller on the screen, and just a mess. When we first discovered the problem we must have been the early ones because there was no mention online. For time being we shifted our photos to "ALBUM" section and told everyone to "not touch" FILES tab. The iPad will work with ALBUMS - although not very desirable. But today, we had someone forget and touched "FILES" and now their iPad app is frozen/crashes and can't be used. This is beyond frustrating. All because maybe someone from Microsoft programmed bad code on Mircosoft's end. And we have to waist to see if they will ever change it or take responsibility. And because it's possibly only effecting large 13" iPad Pro's... it may never really reach their radar or care to correct. Most people I assume use smaller iPad's and if this is a unique screen resolution error -- it may not be corrected for a long time!
