It is projecting a black screen with date and timestamp. Screenshots are also black screens. I use the app to teach, annotate and project. How do I fix this. It worked until last week.

    Hi George,

Thank you for getting back to me. So my iPadOS is 18.2.1, OneDrive 16.3.5 versions. I can view the files and images absolutely normal on my iPad, I can annotate as well. But cannot take screenshots, I have attached an image. The same thing shows up when I connect my iPad to an external projector.

    Hi Sindhu,

Thanks for posting back and sorry for my late reply.

I have tested with the same iPadOS version and OneDrive version and I could not reproduce the same issue. In this case, I suggest you uninstall OneDrive, restart your iPad, reinstall OneDrive for the App Store, and then check again.

If the problem persists, I believe the issue is occurring in a specific environment. In this case, I recommend you report the issue to the OneDrive product team as they constantly check customer reviews and feedback. And a lot of the features are fixed and improved based on customer feedback.

I suggest you report the issue by the in-app feedback tool: click your profile picture in the top left> Help & feedback> Report a problem. You provide the details, attach the screenshot, and then click Send.

Sorry for the inconvenience that happened to you. Appreciate your patience and understanding.

Hope you having a nice day.

    Sincerely,

    George| Microsoft Community Moderator
