Need help with sharing live excel spreadsheet

My excel lives spreadsheet was working just fine. However, these past two days I keeps saying upload failed. Now I can't share my spreadsheet with anyone else. It keeps saying something is preventing it from being shared

    If you have admin permissions, you can follow the steps below directly. If you don’t have admin permissions, you need to contact your organization's IT admin to open a support ticket on your behalf.

    To create a support ticket, you need to have admin privileges. If you are the Microsoft 365 admin of your organization, you can sign in to Microsoft 365 admin center with your Microsoft 365 admin account, and select Support > Help and support, enter your question and select Contact support. Otherwise, please refer to How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin?
