Why sidebar greyed out ?

Only Edgebar ,not sidebar ,all buttons are greyed out, disable. why?
I need sidebar so much than Edgebar .

Most probable reason is your PC is managed by your organization. Organization policies make those options unavailable.

Thanks for your reply.

This is my personal computer.
Only OneDrive is signed up by organization.
The windows account and Edge account are still signed up by personal account.

But the Edge control by organization? why?

You remind me that I searched " Manage by your organization" and found the solution.
Thank you so much !

Just delete Edge policies in Registry.
