How to allow external user to upload documents to Customer Voice?

Hello,

I am implementing a new recruitment process for my company and require prospective employees to send in multiple documents as part of the onboarding process.

The Customer Voice survey seems to tick most of the boxes in terms of sending out flexible questions sheets to people, but the upload of files is a requirement.

Can Customer Voice surveys allow for external users to upload documents that I can then receive?

I can't test the functionality for myself at this time.
