I'm trying to get my app verified for OAuth and need MPN ID, but the wizard won't let me pick the right program

As the title suggest,

I'm trying to get my app verified for OAuth integration. MPN ID is the only step left and I created a new account at the Partner Center and I'm trying to join the correct program. But the selection screen won't let me pick the program. I just get the choice with xbox and the following message for the programs I need "To enroll in one of the following programs Sign in again using your work account." (And I'm already logged in). There's no explanation to this that I can find.

MS has become so big and complicated/complex, I hope I picked the right tag.

Would love to get some help with this.

We are stuck here as well. Is no one creating oauth apps on Microsoft anymore?Seems like they make it very hard. This is a 5 minute activity on Google, so I don't understand why it's so hard here.

Are there any full guides on how to auth properly with both work and personal accounts? It would also be great if we could provide test accounts for each that did no5 require app verification.

I am currently looking to get a partner ID with a different account. Doesn't look like it supports individuals though, must be a company?

@Agent One Yeah, it is strange. I can add that I'm currently in talks with support (I think I've been talking to 3-4 different people at this point). This has been going back and forth for many weeks now.

To be fair, they have requested me to record going through all the steps, and I haven't had time to deliver exactly what they need (will do it asap, but I also have a business to run in parallel to this, so time is a luxury I don't always have).

I've had other (non-Microsoft) OAuth integrations that took me less than 15 minutes to set up and get verified, so why MS has this overly complicated process is a mystery to me.
