How to get custom Item Attributes through Dynamics 365 REST API

I'm trying to get custom item attributes (that you can create through the UI) but there is no reference how to do so in the docs: https://xtls-v4.hkg1.meaqua.org/en-us/dynamics-nav/api-reference/v1.0/.

By the way, this tag system on posting here, is horrendous.
