It gives me this error message every time I try, at the enter phone number to send code section of the signup to Microsoft 365 Dev Center wizard. I tried calling the support phone number and it says to go online to get support. I search the support database and it doesn't have a solution or even a section in regards to these type of error messages or signup errors. I've found another thread with this exact issue that is closed and support replied to contact support. I feel like this place is a roundabout that never ends.
