OPEN AI (GPT-4o-mini) in EAST US not working

i have used open ai in east us without any problem

but today it response timeout error always

in open ai studio, i get error too in chatting tool (combine image)

whats problem?

if i change resource in sweden central, its ok...

help me

    now it's okay... i did nothing for solving it..

    i don't know the reason...

    i had been received the right answer from oai in east us about 3 hours.

    Solution:

    now it's okay... i did nothing for solving it.. i had been received the right answer from oai in east us about 3 hours.

    This seems like a transient issue and no issues are reported now in East US region.
